At this time, we only accept returns from Canada. If you are outside Canada, please contact us for assistance.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

-You may return an item for exchange within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:

-The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

-The item must not have suffered any damage or show signs of use.

-By returning an item for exchange, you authorize us to charge you the shipping fee for the replacement item.

 

Defective Items & Repairs:

 

If you receive a defective item or experience an unusual breakage within a reasonable time, we will:

 

-Repair the item and return it to you at no charge, OR

-Replace the item with a new one (or an item of the same value if the original is discontinued).

 

Assessment Process:

 

Our analytical department will inspect the returned item to determine the cause of the breakage.

If the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item.

If the breakage appears to be caused by normal wear and tear or misuse, we reserve the right to return the item as is.

📌 We do not accept returns for products that have been used for more than three (3) months.
